Our soy is ethically produced, sustainable and renewable. It contains no animal product and never tested on animals.

They are Phthalate free, NO Prop 65 warning, paraben-free, silicone-free, ingredients are Leaping Bunny compliant and exceed the necessary "clean" standards by avoiding 5 additional main hazard groups:

**PROCESSING**
Orders typically undergo processing and shipping within 3-5 business days. During major sales or holidays, please anticipate additional processing time. While changes to orders cannot be guaranteed once placed, we're here to assist if needed. Simply reach out to info@lilyfieldcandles.com with comprehensive details, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

**DOMESTIC SHIPPING**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders over $99. Transit times vary based on shipping method and delivery destination. Upon creation of a shipping label for your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking status updates after label creation. Final delivery of shipped orders is beyond our control, and we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

**EXPEDITED SHIPPING**
We offer expedited shipping options for contiguous domestic orders, with pricing determined by destination and package weight. Kindly factor in a 2-3 business day processing window when planning expedited shipments. Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays with UPS 2-Day shipping typically arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, as weekend deliveries are not guaranteed.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
At present, we do not offer international shipping beyond the U.S. (we do not ship currently to AK and HI) and Canada. However, when available, international shipping destinations will be listed. Shipping rates, inclusive of duties and taxes, are calculated based on weight and delivery location. International transit times are displayed during checkout and contingent upon destination.

**EXCHANGES + RETURNS**
Should you find your product unsatisfactory, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return/exchange. Simply contact us at info@lilyfieldcandles.com and tell us your concerns to commence the process.

Our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction! All refunds or exchanges will be processed once the original, undamaged candle is returned to us. Unfortunately, items damaged in the return process are not eligible for a refund, so please ensure proper packaging when shipping.

Refunds are automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for processing by your financial institution.

**DAMAGES + ISSUES**
Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect it. Notify us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue accordingly. For damaged orders, email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the damage. Damaged products should be reported within 48 hours, prior to initial use.

**EXCEPTIONS**
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, candles and related products may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures. We advise arranging delivery to a cool, air-conditioned location to prevent potential damage. Discontinued, clearance, limited edition items, and gift cards are considered final sale and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
